Mr. Cibrian Toscano comes to this position with Mexico's preeminent clothing-optional hotel and spa brand after more than 25 years experience and success in the triad of the hospitality sector: hotel management, gracious dining and guest satisfaction.

With a background accrued from senior management responsibilities in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and both Caribbean and Pacific coast Mexican hotels, Mr. Cibrian Toscano brings a deep well of creativity to the Desire vision of client service.
